Agar aap workout kiye ja rahe ho to aapki body se Water (Pani), Sweating (Paseena) me convert hokar nikalta hai. Aap agar Pani nahi peyoge to aapki body dehydrate ho jayegi aur workout se jo result aana chahiye tha vo bhi nahi Ayega.
